Bimbimbap Recipe

So, I've been watching this Korean Drama called Crown Prince and suddenly thought about making Bimbimbap (mixed rice) for lunch. It's been more than a year since I made bimbimbap so I had to look it up on my recipe notebook, it turned out
really good and the hubby loved it. So, here's the recipe:

Ingredients:

1 cup Bean Sprouts
a bunch Spinach
2 Zucchinis
1 medium-sized Carrot
1 package Shiitake Mushrooms
1/4 lb Ground Beef
1 tsp Sugar
Eggs
Sesame Oil
Sesame Seed
Soy Sauce
Kochujang Sauce (Vinegarred Red Pepper Sauce)
Cooked Rice

Procedure:
Arrange veggies and ground beef of the platter as you cooked them.

- Clean and rinse Bean Sprouts and blanch on bowling water. Drain and add some Sesame Oil and a pinch of Salt. Place it on the platter.

- Clean and rinse Spinach and blanch on bowling water. Drain and some Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce, a pinch of Salt. Place it on the platter.

- Cut the Zucchinis into strips and add a pinch of Salt. Saute it on a pan, until half-cooked. Then, place it on the platter.

- Cut the Carrots into long strips. Saute until half-cooked. Place it on the platter.

- Cut the Shiitake mushrooms into long strips and add Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, and Sesame Seeds. Saute until mushrooms are cooked. Place it on the platter.

- Place the ground beef on a bowl. Add Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, minced Garlic, Sugar and Sesame Seeds. Saute until cooked. Place it on the platter.

- Fry the Eggs, sunny side-up.

Presentation:

- On a deep bowl, put some cooked Rice. Add the veggies side-by-side on top of the rice. Place the sunny-side-up Egg on top of everything.

- And put some Kochujang Sauce and Sesame Oil on top. Mix everything and Enjoy!!!

***Tip***
If you don't want your bimbimbap too spicy, on a saucepan simmer 2 tbps of water, sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce and add Kochujang Sauce accordingly to your taste.
